AN UPDATE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

With our State moving into Phase 3, we are excited to open our lobby doors once again. Our
staff is happy to see everyone’s faces and to provide the excellent service that you know. The
health and safety of our customers, employees and community are still our #1 priority. For that
reason, we offer masks and hand sanitizer to anyone who visits. All RBL employees have been
provided with masks to use when visiting with customers and unable to maintain social
distancing, and we continuously clean and sanitize our offices.
Our staff enjoys seeing you in our office; however, we fully understand and encourage limiting your daily
interactions. Below are several ways you can access your accounts with Rayne Building and Loan:
- ONLINE BANKING and the RBL MOBILE APP. You can access your account information
24/7, make payments, check balances and transfer money. If you have not enrolled in ONLINE

- Call Us at 337-334-7535. If you have any concerns or need any information, we would like to
hear from you. You can speak with our employees Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
- Frive-Thru. Another way to limit contact is by utilizing our drive-thru available to you Monday-
Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Lobby hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday.
- Night Drop. Feel free to drop off any payments or paperwork 24/7 in our night depository
located in the front of our building.
